Nice bed, room was modern, with central heating, a work desk, and a TV with cable channels. The location was great and incredible, staff were very helpful!

Double room with a seaview. Lots of facilities like: a safe, a mini bar, and central heating. Superfriendly and pleasant staff in the whole hotel. Early check-in, parking nearby. By the way, parking fee - £13 per day. Marvellous and amazing location in pedestrian area, just next door to all the restaurants, the ferry, and the centre. Nearby Charlie's Bar - great place to chill out.

The room we stayed in was spacious with a beautiful view of the sea, and the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and responsive to all our requests.

Brilliant place for 3 nights. Superbly friendly and flexible staff with GREAT local knowledge. - Magnificent central location, close enough to the ferry terminal, and the center of the city.

You'll be close to everything, with the promenade just steps away from your room. And speaking of rooms, the view from ours was absolutely lovely. We had a fantastic sea view that made our stay even more special.

Nothing, it is perfect.

We loved that our room had a stunning view of the nearby harbor. the comfy bed made our romantic escape cozy and intimate. the location was perfect for exploring the city by foot and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

The noise level in our room was unbearable - the nearby club played loud music until the early hours of the morning, making it hard to sleep. the lack of soundproofing and proper bedding also contributed to an uncomfortable stay.

Just stayed at a centrally located place in the heart of the old town. Marianne, the staff member, was very helpful in arranging an airport shuttle. The room had a stunning view of the port and promenade. It was equipped with air conditioning and free WiFi, making our stay comfortable. The double glazing kept the noise from the streets to a minimum, ensuring a good night's sleep. The convenient location allowed us to easily explore the area and discover great restaurants and attractions. Great value for money and would stay here again.

This hotel is in an excellent position, right in the heart of the old town. The rooms have a lovely view of the square, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The basic amenities like a fridge and kettle in the room are a nice touch.
